Sarah Palin pathetically reading cheat notes scrawled on her hand at the Tea Party Convention Q&A session – February 6, 2010. She couldn’t have been asked an easier question: “What are your top 3 priorities?” By the time she got to #2, she had to read the cheat notes!!
